Management Committee

The Management Committee is an essential part of Rainbow Teddies Pre-school. Without it the pre-school cannot exist.

The Management Committee have overall responsibility for the pre-school, employ the staff and fundraise for equipment and resources.

The Management Committee is elected, in the main, from the attending parents at the AGM each year. The Committee meets approximately once a term time to discuss and review the pre-school business.

Parents will be invited to the Annual General Meeting and all parent/carers are encouraged to attend the meeting such that the proceedings are in compliance with the constitution. Parent/carers will also hear about the previous year’s business and accounts and will be involved in the voting for the coming years Management Committee.
